accidents and incidents;
ï‚· Describe the typical process for investigating accidents and incidents;
ï‚· Describe the criteria for effective accident and incident investigation.
ï‚· Given various accident and incident investigation scenarios identify the extent to which the
investigations were effective and the appropriate criteria for effective investigations was met and
motivate the reasons why the criteria is important.
