Working at Heights Medical, Fitness certificate and Annexure 3 includes;
Health Assessment – Body Mass Index, BP and Pulse, Urine test, Physical exam
and Occupational and Medical history recording
Vision screening (Keystone)
Audiometry (hearing test)
Spirometry (lung function test) – employee to pass Flu/COVID-19 screening
Blood Glucose
Working at heights questionnaire and assessment
